Dirang monastery/Thupsung Dhargye monastery.
Thupsung Dhagye Ling , name was given by Dalai Lama to this monastery.
Thupsung Dhargye Ling is a temple and learning institute for the study of Tibetan Buddhism by laypeople and monks, located in the Himalayan village of Dirang, India. The name, Thupsung Dhargye Ling was given by His Holiness, the Dalai Lama and means: "Place of Flourishing of the Buddha's Speech".
Photography is allowed even inside main temple.
Best time to view beauty of this place is during sunrise , when the bright & vibrant colours of monastery gives you a very positive vibrations.
A guest house is attached to monastery with small shop & canteen. The rooms are spacious & comfortable with required amenities.
We stayed here for a day to enjoy beauty of this place.
